Overview: Residential home that had a gravel driveway wanting the upper portion paved approx. 13,000 square feet. In addition looking for a beautiful new backyard patio with concrete.

Spotlight: New asphalt and new concrete

Problem: Really tight elevations for drainage on the asphalt due to existing parking structure. In the back yard for the concrete patio they wanted the water diverted from their pond

Solution: Shoot in all the grades prior to paving and prepping the subgrade correctly to optimize final drainage. With the back patio we installed a 3” curb on the backside to divert the water away from the pond.
