Overview: 12,000 + sq ft of asphalt recommended to be repaved. Proposed three options: to pave worst areas, drivelanes or entire repave. We highly recommended the repave for the long term value of their paving dollar. Client chose to move forward with repaving their entire lot, and put the icing on the cake with the sealcoat and striping services included.

Problem: The asphalt really needed to be repaved throughout, anything else spent otherwise on repairs here and there would just end up costing more later with more repairs needing to be had anyways. With the entire square footage proposed to be replaced, can come budget and/or owner intention concerns….
Solution: Nys always works with their clients on the best value for their paving dollar. In this case we really highlighted the value in repaving the entire parking lot. However, we proposed other options in order to accomplish a high quality project in the end. The client contracted Nys a year after the intitial bidding process to repave the parking lot and protect their asphalt with our high quality sealcoating process! Wala! Ebb Tide has a brand new start to maintaining their parking lot, that will last them for another 40 years!
