Spotlight: New elevations, repaved, new striping and new curb
Problem: Massive puddling problems and needing overall curb appeal
Solution: Asphalt regrind and reshoot elevations to get the entire lot to drain properly. Installed all new curbs, brought the property to ADA compliant. We would like to believe because of our beautiful welcoming mat left behind in this parking lot, we helped in the recent sale of the property! Customer was contacted and the property was not even for sale, and sold this property for over market value!
