Overview: Residential community parking lot looking for very thorough repairs throughout the community with their asphalt, concrete sidewalks and overall curb appeal.
Spotlight: Completed a full site evaluation and comprehensive proposal laying out all recommended repairs separated by each building and unit areas. Recommended French drains, new sidewalks and highlighted liability areas.
Problem: Failing asphalt due to massive water damage and drainage problems. Damaged concrete sidewalks and trip hazards that needed to be removed and replaced and some areas that needed to be re sloped to eliminate water pooling and further damage on the concrete.
Solution: Repaired all failing asphalt and installed French Drains. Removed liability issues throughout community, poured new concrete sidewalks.
