Problem: Water did not drain properly, and the overall appearance of the asphalt was not what was desired.
Solution: Fixed several areas of badly failed asphalt, installed a new catch basin to help the water flow, crackfill, sealcoat, and restripe to improve the structure of the asphalt and greatly improve the appearance of the rest of the asphalt in the parking lot.
