Overview: Talk about a long time coming! Nys has been servicing the Factoria parking lot for years. It was only a matter of time before this parking lot needed the Nys Guys for a complete renovation. This project was (in just asphalt) 195,000+ sqaure feet of asphalt to grind and replace. On top of that broken curbing needed replaced throughout, Concrete sidewalks to be removed and replaced, ADA compliance concerns, and the sealcoat and striping was the investment (icing on the cake) to protect and maintain their new parking lot for years to come!
