Spotlight: Reviewed the parking lot and completed evaluation to provide recommendations to ADA compliant and eliminate liability areas.
Problem: Code violation and lender requesting ADA compliant corrections before loan on property could be refinanced for the owner. City requesting ADA stalls marked on the pavement with proper signage. Standing water in the parking lot.
Solution: Removed all ADA liabilities, striped ADA stalls and installed ADA signage and brought to code, ground all asphalt to remove root damage (Trip hazards), solved standing water drainage issues and installed catch basin.
