Evergreen Way Building

Overview: 2.75 acre commercial parking lot with several high volume retailers. This property had bad asphalt failure throughout the parking lot, it also had several areas where roots had come up through the asphalt creating tripping hazards.

Spotlight: Roots needed to be removed to eliminate trip hazards, as well as a very large area of asphalt repair.

Problem: The asphalt had several puddling areas, trip hazards, and bad failure throughout the parking lot.

Solution: We had to remove any and all roots that were penetrating the asphalt creating unsafe conditions and repave the area back. We had to reslope several areas of asphalt to make water flow into the catch basins on site. We did a large area of repair in the main parking areas and kept all stores operational while we were on site. Crackfill was done in areas that had minor cracking to help prevent future asphalt failure. All areas were restriped to bring the parking lot back to a beautiful condition.
